New Balance 1906L Loafer Sneaker Live Raffle - Terms & Conditions

  1. The New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK Live Raffle is organized by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”).
  2. QUEUE & REGISTRATION: 
    Participants are required to queue and register their interest by filling up and completing an CROSSOVER official raffle tag, which will be made available at CROSSOVER CONCEPT STORE at Lot L2.66-2.68, The Exchange TRX. Queue to start only in front of CROSSOVER on 21st March 2025, Friday from 10:00am onwards.
  3. There will be a total of one hundred (100) raffle tags which will be issued on a first come, first served basis and the registration will be closed when the last official raffle tag is taken and completed.
  4. Registration must be completed on the spot using a valid NRIC or Passport ID. The participant must also present his or her original NRIC or Passport ID to our CROSSOVER store staff during the registration for verification.
  5. Upon verification, the participant will be issued 2 official tags and all detail must be filled up correctly. The participant must place one (1) official tag in the designated raffle box according to his or her preferred shoe size, and keep the second (2nd) official tag as proof of registration and identity.
  6. Only one (1) registration per person is allowed. Should there be more than one (1) registration from the same participant; all of his or her registrations will be disqualified.
  7. LIVE RAFFLE: 
    The New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK Live Raffle starts on 21st March 2025, Friday at 11:00am at CROSSOVER CONCEPT STORE at Lot L2.66-2.68, The Exchange TRX, KL and ends when the last pair of New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK is sold.
  8. Registrants intending to purchase the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK must be physically present on 21st March 2025, Friday at 11:00am (Live Raffle Day).
  9. Names of registrants will be randomly drawn, and will be announced LIVE in front of the audience. Only the names that are announced by the Organizer are allowed to come forward to purchase the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK.
  10. Each name will be announced a maximum of three (3) times, and if no one comes forward, the Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify the registrant. The Organizer will then continue with the next draw.
  11. Upon being announced, the raffle winner will be given a chance to purchase a pair of New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK based on the shoe size that was pre-selected earlier.
  12. The raffle winner's original NRIC or Passport ID together with the official raffle tag must be presented physically for verification purposes before purchasing a pair of New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK. Failure to present either of the stated documents will result in being forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the rights to proceed with the next draw.
  13. The information on the official raffle tag and NRIC or Passport ID must match the information held by the Organizer. If any of the information provided does not match, the Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify the registrant, and continue with the next draw.
  14. Raffle winners must purchase the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK immediately.
  15. RETAIL PRICE & ENTITLEMENT: 
    The New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK is retailed at RM 669 per pair, and is made available for purchase through the Live Raffle. Each person is entitled to purchase only one (1) pair.
  16. SHOE SIZES: 
    The New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK is available in the following shoe sizes: 
    - US 7 to US 11 (full sizes) and NO half sizes.
  17. SHOE TRIAL: 
    There will be no free trial prior to purchasing a pair of New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK at the CROSSOVER CONCEPT STORE, The Exchange TRX.
  18. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS: 
    No discounts or vouchers can be used for the purchase of the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK
  19. EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND: 
    There will be no exchange and/or refund after the purchase is made.
  20. The Organizer reserves the ultimate rights to refuse customers who do not follow the prescribed live raffle and sales mechanism and/or deny any sale transactions at their sole discretion without reason(s) or further reference to any party.
  21. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK, and/or terminate this Live Raffle without prior notice or further reference to any party.
  22. By participating in the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK, you consent to your personal data being processed by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. for future events and/or promotions and note that you may exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (2010).
  23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with (a) this Launch; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crossover’ control); (c) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (d) any entry claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Crossover) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Crossover; (e) if in any event the Launch is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Crossover.

    The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK Launch, and/or terminate this Launch without prior notice or further reference to any party.

    By participating in the New Balance 1906L Loafer (U1906LBN) BLACK Launch, you consent to your personal data being processed by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. for future events and/or promotions. Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. holds all rights to utilize, publish and re-publish in any media on any platforms all photos captured with or without consent prior and/or during the Launch. By participating in this Launch, all customers hereby grants all rights to Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. to all utilize all photos in any way deemed suitable. No warranty is offered or given or implied for any losses or costs of any nature, incurred by the usage of any photos. This includes the costs, actions or losses of any third party for any reason whatsoever, and note that any query or exercise of rights under the Personal Data Protection Act.
