- When enter the raffle your funds are held and pre-authorised on your bank. Any money that is taken from you is pending on your bank and has not been taken by us. You will be charged if you win the draw. If you lose in the draw the authorisation will be cancel and the funds are released back to you. *Please note, depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
